Perfecta Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is a set of rules defining moral and ethical principles, principles of responsibility and proper conduct for all of us.
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that our behaviour is consistent with the Perfecta values.
The Code of Conduct is a guideline for proper conduct in the workplace and helps us make decisions daily. It strengthens us as a team. It also builds our image as a stable and responsible company.
The Code of Conduct applies to all of us. We believe that the principles described herein will help us in our daily work and that their application will become natural to us.

Rejection of corruption and bribery

Responsible supply chain

Human rights
- We support and respect the protection of human rights as expressed in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, and we are committed to adhering to the UN Guiding Principles of Protection, Respect and Remedial Measures, as well as the Guiding Principles of Business and Human Rights.
- As an employer, Perfecta supports the fundamental labour rights defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO): freedom of association, effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, abolition of forced labour, and equal treatment and opportunities.
- We do not employ underage workers or work with contractors and suppliers who use child labour.
